Returns & Exchange Policy

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Fridaé we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Fridaé when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Reason for exchange

You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your items still has the tags attached and is unworn, we will issue you with a full refund (less shipping fees). We will process your refund within 5-10 working days of receiving the item.
